WHAT WE OFFER

Supported living providers that provide the regulated activity 'Personal care' are required by law to register with CQC. It is a criminal offence to provide 'Personal care' without being registered with CQC.

Please note that all the regulated activity ‘Personal Care’ we offer will not commence until after the CQC registration. Application in progress.

CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES

We can offer services to individuals who need support with:

Life skills training.

Cooking and baking
Budgeting for food, bills and clothing
Preparing shopping list, going shopping
Laundering and ironing clothing and bedding
Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms and communal areas

Assistance with benefits/bills

Managing benefits
Filling out forms etc
Opening a savings account
Maintaining their tenancies

Accessing professional help & liaison with other agencies

Working with Benefits Agency
Arranging and attending appointments
Registering with GPs, Dentist, and Opticians
Health and safety training in the kitchen and home
Accessing specialist drugs and counselling services
Accessing training, education, and employment opportunities
Working with social workers, care coordinators, and other representatives

Other support

Emotional difficulties
Resettlement and preparation for move-on accommodation
Organizing social events and holidays
Sustaining contact with family and friends
Staying within the terms of the tenancy

Personal Care

Supervision of personal hygiene
Supervision and administration of medication

We have applied to register the service with CQC, we are awaiting the outcome of our registration application. We are therefore unable to accept people in need of personal care until our CQC application is successful.

We are currently considering adult placement without the need for personal care pending the outcome of our CQC application.
